How to use pur profile wrapping hot melt adhesives

1. Understand the boards to be bonded (MDF, solid wood, aluminum alloy, plastic, etc.) and the wrapping materials (PVC film, PET film, solid wood veneer, Leather, etc.), and ask the glue supplier to provide suitable PUR hot melt adhesive.
2. Open the temperature panel of the wrapping machine, set the temperature (130-150°C), and preheat the pur hot melt adhesive.
3. Set the glue application amount and wrapping speed of the machine, and start wrapping.
4. Place the finished product in a natural environment for 48 hours before proceeding to the next processing step.

1. The PVC film needs to be back-coated, the MDF surface needs to be flat and clean, and the plastic steel, wood plastic and acrylic boards need to be activated.
2. The recommended ambient temperature is 15-30℃. If it is lower than 10℃, heating equipment needs to be added.
3. The glue cannot come into contact with air or water vapor before use.
4. The glue port needs to be sealed when production is stopped. If the machine is shut down for more than 1 week, it is recommended to clean the hose and glue port.
