Reliable Full Welded Ball Valve
The Full Welded Ball Valve is a durable valve used for managing flow in high-pressure pipelines, often found in natural gas and oil industries. This valve is built with a single, welded body, which means it has no bolts or gaskets that could weaken over time, making it particularly reliable for underground or long-term installations.Inside, a round ball with a hole turns to control the flow, either allowing materials to pass through or blocking them entirely. This design minimizes leaks, reduces maintenance, and keeps the valve operating smoothly in challenging conditions. The Full Welded Ball Valve is a trusted choice where a strong, lasting seal is important.

Installation Flange End (RF & RTJ)
Top Entry Ball Valves can be installed in both vertical and horizontal piping systems, with the stem positioned anywhere from vertical to horizontal. When installing, it’s important to correctly align the mating flanges, considering bolthole placement, parallelism, and perpendicularity. Use the appropriate size gasket or RTJ metal seal for the connection. Flange studs or bolts should be the correct size and properly tightened.A well-constructed piping system will avoid placing unnecessary stress on valve assemblies, as these valves are not designed to compensate for inadequate pipe tolerances.
WELD ENDS (WE):
Before installing or welding the NTVAL Top Entry Weld End Ball Valve, ensure the ball is in the open position. Align the valve’s Weld Ends with the pipe, and make sure all welding surfaces are free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, and grease, as these can negatively impact weld quality.
Caution:
During the welding process, monitor the valve body temperature around the circumference at a location aligned with the sealant injection fittings. Use a Temperature Stick or another reliable temperature indicator to ensure the temperature does not exceed 300°F.This precaution is critical to prevent heat damage to non-metallic seals. After tacking the valve in position, check for proper alignment. Complete the welding process according to the correct procedure for the material grade and condition, while adhering to the above temperature caution.
