If you use the common hanging plate, it is easy to cause deformation. These are the two reasons the U-shaped hanging plate is added to the upper end of the wire hanging plate. Due to such a combinaton, the bending movement of the hanging plate is reduced, and also change the direction.

Strenghthen suspension clamp—CGJ Type

It is used for 330kv—500kv transmission line or high altitude transmission line. This kind of clamp require high anti-corona ability. Typically, the componetns of the anti-corona type includes a flared hull, two (or four) bolts (to fasten the boat hull) and the steel hoop of the suspension part in the middle of the hull, which also known as the suspension bar type.

Center swing suspension clamp

Main features:

Carried-up suspension clamp—CGF Type

Characteristics: The hull axis lies below the centerline of the wire and has a tendency to be unstable, and its rotation often exceeds the deflection of the wire.
Function: It is mainly used when the overhead ground wire is placed on the top of the tower, and when the split wire is to be arranged on the bar.
